Growing up, I watched my mom roll out her yoga mat every morning. It wasn’t just exercise—it was her way of finding balance. I saw how it transformed her: a strong body, a calm mind, and a quiet strength. Naturally, I joined in.

Years later, living in Toronto, Canada, life felt different. The fast pace, daily stress, and post-COVID anxiety—it was overwhelming. That’s when I turned back to yoga. When I felt lost, I meditated. When I felt anxious, I practiced pranayama—simple yet powerful breathing techniques that brought instant calm.

Inspired by this transformation, I pursued my yoga certification in New Delhi, India—where it all began for me. That experience deepened my understanding of traditional yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices while helping me adapt them for modern life.

Today, I guide people in Toronto and across Canada to rediscover themselves through yoga. Whether it’s stiffness from long hours at a desk, stress, or feeling disconnected, yoga brings us back to balance. And it all starts with one deep breath.
